FC Adhara were established in May 2008, affilliated to the Suffolk FA, they plays their games in the Flare Recruitment Ipswich Sunday Football League (division RM 4).
In their first season Adhara finished 6th (out of 14) in the RM5 Division of the ISFL and were promoted by default to the RM4 division.
Home games are played at Chelmondiston Playing Fields.
The club is looking for new players, committee members and sponsors.
